Integratore alimentare.
Soluzione per un sonno su misura, in mini-dosi che agiscono rapidamente grazie al formato sublinguale.
Si possono assumere 1 o 2 compresse alla volta, a seconda del bisogno specifico (jet lag, difficoltà ad addormentarsi, risvegli notturni...).
Non induce sonnolenza al risveglio.
Ingredienti
Agenti di carica: ammitolo, isomalto e amido estratto di petali di papavero (Papaver rhoeas L.) antiagglomerante: stearato di magnesio aroma naturale, melatonina.
Senza glutine.

Modalità d'uso
A partire dei 15 anni.
jet lag: l'effetto benefico si ottiene assumendo almeno 0,5 mg di melatonina, cioè 1 compressa sotto la lingua poco prima di andare a dormire, il primo giorno di viaggio e per alcuni giorni dopo l'arrivo a destinazione.
Addormentamento: 1 o 2 compresse sotto la lingua prima di andare a letto o durante la notte.
Avvertenze
Sconsigliato in gravidanza, allattamento, ai bambini e adolescenti sotto i 15 anni di età.
L'utilizzo da parte degli adolescenti al di sopra dei 15 anni deve essere occasionale.
Se si sta seguendo un trattamento medico (antidepressivi, sonniferi o altri sedativi), chiedere consiglio al medico.
Un consumo eccessivo può avere effetti lassativi.
Non superare le dosi giornaliere consigliate.
Un integratore alimentare non può sostituirsi ad una dieta variata ed equilibrata e ad uno stile di vita sano.
Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei tre anni.
