Avena Bowl arricchisce la colazione con tutto il gusto dell'avena integrale e del grano saraceno insaporiti con tanti semi come quelli di girasole, zucca, sesamo, chia, canapa e papavero blu. Senza zuccheri aggiunti (contiene naturalmente zuccheri) e senza glutine.

*Fiocchi di avena integrale senza glutine 79%, *semi 18% [*semi di girasole, *semi di zucca, *semi di lino, *semi di sesamo, *semi di chia (Salvia hispanica), *semi di canapa, *semi di papavero blu], *quinoa soffiata, *grano saraceno 1%, *amaranto soffiato.

Modalità d'uso
Facile e veloce da preparare in soli 2 minuti, basta versare in una ciotola 4 cucchiai colmi (circa 50g) ed aggiungere 125 ml di acqua, latte o bevanda vegetale bollente, lasciare riposare per 2 minuti, e gustare caldo. A piacere aggiungere: frutta fresca, cocco, avocado.
Avena Bowl può essere una base perfetta anche per una gustosa bowl salata aggiungendo per esempio formaggio magro, uova e verdure.
