Edulcorante 100% di origine naturale senza calorie (0 kcal) contenente eritritolo, stevia e katemfe.
L'eritritolo è un dolcificante naturale appartenente alla famiglia dei polioli o polialcoli (come lo xilitolo e la glicerina o glicerolo), si trova in natura in molti frutti e alimenti. La stevia e il katemfe crescono rispettivamente in Sud America e in Africa, dove vengono utilizzati da secoli come dolcificanti naturali.
Gli estratti di queste piante hanno un elevato potere dolcificante, infatti l'estratto di foglie di stevia dolcifica 400 volte di più dello zucchero e quello di frutti di katemfe 2500 volte. Inoltre, la speciale purificazione di questi estratti permette di ottenere un prodotto dal gusto molto gradevole e dolce come lo zucchero.
Dolce NATURA, utilizzato come sostituto dello zucchero, può essere utile in tutti i programmi alimentari in cui si voglia ridurre l'apporto calorico giornaliero, nonché nell'alimentazione di coloro che devono limitare l'aumento del glucosio ematico. Può, inoltre, contribuire al mantenimento della mineralizzazione dei denti.

Modalità d'uso

Un misurino di Dolce NATURA (0,25 g-0 kcal) dolcifica quanto un cucchiaino di zucchero comune (5 g&ndash20 kcal).
