Alimento destinato a fini medici speciali.
Concentrato di proteine del siero del latte isolate al 92%, in polvere, a base di maltodestrine e grassi indicato per la gestione dietetica della malnutrizione in pazienti che necessitano di una modulazione o di un supplemento dell'apporto dietetico energetico con fonti di carboidrati e grassi.
Privo di proteine.
Da utilizzarsi per sonda/PEG o per via orale, adatto al paziente disfagico.
Ingredienti
Maltodestrine, oli vegetali (olio di colza, olio di mais, olio di palma, olio di girasole) emulsionanti: E472c e lecitina di soia antiossidanti: E304 e E306.
Il rapporto tra acido linoleico e alfa- linolenico (?-6: ?-3) è di 5:1.
Senza glutine e senza lattosio.

Modalità d'uso
viene utilizzato per aumentare la quota glucidica e lipidica. La quantità giornaliera deve essere inclusa in un piano dietetico in funzione delle necessità energetiche del paziente.
È ideale assumere la quantità giornaliera distribuita su più pasti.
Il prodotto non ha proprietà addensante, è facilmente solubile e può essere aggiunto a tutti i cibi (es. creme, muesli, pappe, minestre e purè) e bevande, gusto neutro.
Alimenti e bevande devono essere sempre preparati al momento.
Esempio per l'uso (diluizione standard): aggiungere 20 g di ULK CarboLip a 100 ml di acqua potabile.
Avvertenze
Usare sotto controllo medico. Non deve essere usato come unica fonte di nutrimento.
Adatto all'alimentazione enterale (con sonda o PEG). Non per uso parenterale.
Conservazione
Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto. Richiudere bene dopo l'uso.
Una volta aperto, il contenuto deve essere usato entro 4 settimane.
Validità a confezionamento integro: 36 mesi.
