L&rsquoashwagandha, il giuggiolo, la melissa e la Griffonia contribuiscono al rilassamento e benessere mentale. La rodiola, insieme alla melissa ed alla Griffonia, contribuiscono al normale tono dell'umore.
La valeriana favorisce il rilassamento.
La melatonina contribuisce alla riduzione del tempo richiesto per prendere sonno - l&rsquoeffetto benefico si ottiene con l&rsquoassunzione, poco prima di coricarsi, di 1 mg di melatonina. La vitamina B6 contribuisce alla normale funzione psicologica e al normale funzionamento del sistema nervoso.

(Ziziphus jujuba Mil. &ndash semen) tit. jujubosidi (saponine triterpeniche), melissa e.s. (Melissa officinalis L. &ndash folium) tit. in acido rosmarinico, valeriana e.s. (Valeriana officinalis L. &ndash radix) tit. in acidi valerinici, polidestrosio, rodiola e.s. (Rhodiola rosea L. &ndash radix) tit. in rosavine e in salidroside, aroma, Griffonia e.s. (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill. - semen), potassio sorbato, sodio benzoato (conservanti), vitamina B6 (piridossina cloridrato), melatonina.

Modalità d'uso
Si consiglia di assumere fino a 40 gocce (2 ml) al giorno per adulti e 20 gocce (1 ml) al giorno per i bambini. Per aiutare il rilassamento si consiglia di assumere le gocce durante la giornata per favorire un sonno riposante assumere il prodotto mezz&rsquoora prima di coricarsi. Disperdere le gocce in acqua. Agitare bene il flacone prima dell&rsquouso. In virtù della presenza di estratti, il prodotto tende a sedimentare sul fondo.
Avvertenze
Non superare la dose giornaliera consigliata. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei tre anni. Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata ed equilibrata e di uno stile di vita sano.
Conservazione
Conservare a temperatura ambiente evitare l&rsquoesposizione a fonti di calore localizzate, ai raggi solari e il contatto con l&rsquoacqua.
