Integratore alimentare di valeriana, luppolo, escolzia, biancospino con melatonina.
La melatonina contribuisce alla riduzione del tempo richiesto per prendere sonno. L&rsquoeffetto benefico si ottiene con l&rsquoassunzione, poco prima di coricarsi, di 1 mg di melatonina.
La valeriana e l&rsquoescolzia favoriscono il rilassamento e il sonno in caso di stress.
Il biancospino favorisce il rilassamento e benessere mentale.
Ingredienti
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., radice) e.s. tit. 0,8% acidi valerinici, luppolo (Humulus Lupulus L., fiore) e.s. agenti di carica: cellulosa, carbossimetilcellulosa sodica reticolata escolzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham., parte aerea) e.s. tit. 0,2% protopina, biancospino [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., fiori e foglie] e.s. tit. 3% vitexina, copertura [agente di rivestimento: idrossipropilmetilcellulosa coloranti: carbonato di calcio, coloranti: blu brillante FCF (lacca di alluminio), cocciniglia agente antiagglomerante: talco, stabilizzante: glicerolo] agenti antiagglomeranti: biossido di silicio, sali di magnesio degli acidi grassi melatonina.

Modalità d'uso
Assumere 2 compresse al giorno con un bicchiere d&rsquoacqua.
