Synapsine
La citicolina, nota anche come Citidin5-difosfocolina o CDP-Colina, è una molecola presente nell'organismo. Viene fisiologicamente utilizzata quale precursone nella sintesi endogena dei fosfolipidi di membrana delle cellule nervose. Rappresenta il substrato biologico necessario alla sintesi dell'acetilcolina e di altri neurotrasmettitori, fondamentali per la propagazione degli impulsi nervosi.
La citicolina svolge il suo ruolo biochimico-metabolico:
Stimolando la biosintesi dei fosfolipidi cerebrali (fosfatidilcolina, fosfatdilserina, fosfatidiletanolamina).
Incrementando la sintesi dell' acetilcolina e di altri neurotrasmettitori per aumentata biodisponibilià di colina a livello neuronale.
Migliorando l'emodinamica microcircolatoria cerebrale e incrementando il flusso plasmatico cerebrale.
Può essere utilizzato nel trattamento di:
Sistema nervoso centrale: sindromi psicorganiche cerebrali degenerativo-involutive o secondarie a insufficienza cerebrovascolare, disturbi cognitivi dell'anziano caratterizzati da deficit di memoria, confusione, disorientamento, e dalla riduzione delle capacità attentive, cerebrovasculopatie acute e croniche, trauma cranico, sequele post-ischemiche cerebrali, morbo di Parkinson, morbo di Alzheimer.
Funzionalità visive: glaucoma, ambliopia, scotomi.
Funzionalità acustiche: vertigine, tinnito, acufene.

Modalità d'uso
Si consiglia di assumere 1-2 compresse al giorno, salvo diversa prescrizione medica.
