Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., radici) e.s. tit. allo 0,8% in acido valerenico, luppolo (Humulus lupulus L., strobili) e.s. tit. allo 0,4% min. in flavonoidi, giuggiolo (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., semi) e.s. tit. 2% saponine triterpeniche, maltodestrine stabilizzante: carbossimetilcellulosa sodica reticolata agenti di rivestimento: idrossi- propil-metilcellulosa, cellulosa, acidi grassi, glicerolo agenti antiagglomeranti: sali di magnesio degli acidi grassi, biossido di silicio colorante: biossido di titanio melatonina.

Modalità d'uso
Si consiglia di assumere da una a due compresse al giorno, da deglutire intere con un bicchiere di acqua, preferibilmente la sera, 30 minuti prima di coricarsi.
Avvertenze
Non superare la dose giornaliera consigliata. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei 3 anni di età. Gli integratori alimentari non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata ed equilibrata e di uno stile di vita sano.
