I liposomi sono sfere lipidiche che permettono la protezione e la successiva liberazione della Apo-lattoferrina. La Apo-lattoferrina (forma di lattoferrina priva di ferro) risulta più attiva della stessa lattoferrina (5 volte) poiché il legame con il ferro si realizza nella forma aperta dell'apo-proteina, consentendo un più agevole accesso agli ioni Fe3+ o complessati.
La lattoferrina è una proteina chelante il ferro ed è coinvolta in numerosi meccanismi biologici. Ha un'azione ferro-trasportatrice, appartiene alla famiglia delle transferrine ed è ampiamente studiata per i suoi molteplici benefici effetti. Tuttavia, l'Apo-lattoferrina per sua natura è instabile e risulta essere particolarmente sensibile all'azione proteolitica della pepsina a livello gastrico ed all'idrolisi proteolitica della pancreatina a livello intestinale.
Ciò si traduce in una denaturazione della proteina, scarso assorbimento e sua inattivazione. ApoLact TDC, grazie alla sua moderna tecnologia di microincapsulazione, supera tali problematiche ed è la prima formulazione avanzata che permette di garantire l'efficacia della glicoproteina.
Ingredienti
Ogni capsula da 550 mg contiene 100 mg di lattoferrina.
Modalità d'uso
Assumere 1 capsula 1-2 volte al giorno.
Dose massima: 2 capsule al giorno.
Avvertenze
Non superare la dose giornaliera raccomandata. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei 3 anni di età. Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta varia ed equilibrata ed uno stile di vita sano. La lattoferrina è una proteina estratta dal latte vaccino e pertanto se ne sconsiglia l'uso in caso di allergia alle proteine del latte.
