Le bevande di carboidrati - sali minerali aumentano l'assorbimento di acqua durante l'esercizio fisico e contribuiscono al mantenimento di prestazioni di resistenza durante l'esercizio fisico prolungato.

Modalità d'uso
Per preparare una soluzione di carboidrati e sali minerali sciogliere due misurini pari a 30 g in una borraccia da 500 ml. Durante l&rsquoattività è importante bere regolarmente, un sorso ogni 15-20 minuti.
