MODALITÀ D'USO: Si consiglia l'assunzione di una compressa poco prima di coricarsi. Per la riduzione del tempo richiesto per prendere sonno l'effetto benefico si ottiene con l'assunzione di 1 mg di Melatonina poco prima di coricarsi. Per alleviare gli effetti del jet-lag l'effetto benefico si ottiene con l'assunzione di almeno 0,5 mg di Melatonina poco prima di coricarsi il primo giorno di viaggio e per alcuni giorni dopo l'arrivo a destinazione.
INGREDIENTI: Agente di carica: cellulosa microcristallina agenti antiagglomeranti: stearato di magnesio, biossido di silicio Melatonina.
AVVERTENZE: Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei tre anni. Non superare la dose giornaliera consigliata. Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata, equilibrata e di un sano stile di vita. Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto e lontano da fonti dirette di calore. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
