Modalità d'uso
Si consiglia di assumere 4 gocce (pari circa a 0,2 ml) al giorno, equivalenti ad 1 mg di melatonina, la sera prima di coricarsi, tal quali o diluite in un po&rsquo d&rsquoacqua.
