Conosciuto anche come Vitamina B9, l'Acido folico è un protagonista importante di alcuni fondamentali processi del nostro metabolismo. Innanzitutto contribuisce alla sintesi degli aminoacidi, i mattoni che servono per costruire tutte le proteine, componenti essenziali per la riproduzione, la crescita, il buon funzionamento e la riparazione di tutte le cellule. Inoltre, aiuta l'emopoiesi: la formazione e la maturazione di tutti i tipi di cellule del sangue.
È indicato nella prevenzione di alcuni difetti congeniti diminuisce il rischio di difetti del tubo neurale e, forse, di altre malformazioni congenite.
Non contiene glutine.
Ingredienti
Per 1 compressa: acido folico 400 µg (200% RDA*).
*RDA: dose giornaliera raccomandata.
Modalità d'uso
Assumere 1 compressa al giorno, preferibilmente lontano dai pasti.
Avvertenze
Non superare la dose giornaliera raccomandata.
Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei 3 anni di età.
Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata.
