Posologia e Modalità d'uso:- pesantezza di stomaco: 1 cucchiaino in 1/2 bicchiere d'acqua o tisana.
- Acidità di stomaco: come sopra ma in meno liquido possibile (1/4 di bicchiere).
- Dolori e gonfiore addominale: preparare una tisana di finocchio e anice con l'aggiunta di 1 cucchiaio e mezzo di amaro, bere tiepida. Per aumentare l'effetto effettuare un cataplasma sulla parte dolente.
- Intestino pigro: 3 cucchiai in 3 dita di tisana o acqua.
- Colite: 1 cucchiaio in 3 dita d'acqua o tisana, 3 volte al dì.
- Sintomi influenzali: ai primi sintomi assumere 1 cucchiaio, in poca acqua tiepida o tisana, 3 volte al dì, 2 ore prima dei pasti.
- Sinusiti e costipazione: applicare una garza imbevuta di amaro sulla fronte. Inumidire con l'amaro la nuca, la gola, le tempie e la zona polmonare.
- Naso chiuso: 2 volte al giorno suffamigi con 1 lt e 1/2 di acqua bollente con aggiunta di 4 cucchiai di amaro. Inalare coperti con una salvietta per 10 minuti circa.
- Gola irritata: riempire un bicchiere per 3/4 con acqua tiepida e aggiungere 2 cucchiai di amaro. Eseguire gargarismi diverse volte al giorno.
- Tosse: suffumigi con 1 lt e 1/2 di acqua bollente con l'aggiunta di 4 cucchiai di amaro, 3 volte al dì. Assumere inoltre l'amaro al mattino e alla sera in tisana calda di salvia e timo. In caso di forte infiammazione applicare una garza imbevuta di amaro su petto e bronchi (per almeno 1 ora).

Controindicazioni:
nessuna controindicazione per l'uso esterno.
Per l'uso interno, non assumere in presenza di irritazioni di stomaco.
