Integratore alimentare a base di estratti secchi di passiflora, valeriana, melissa, biancospino e melatonina.
La passiflora e la valeriana favoriscono il rilassamento ed il sonno. La melatonina contribuisce a ridurre il tempo richiesto per prendere sonno e ad alleviare gli effetti del jet lag. Per la riduzione del tempo richiesto per prendere sonno gli effetti benefici si ottengono con l'assunzione di 1 mg di melatonina poco prima di coricarsi.
Per alleviare gli effetti del jet lag l'effetto benefico si ottiene con l'assunzione di almeno 0,5 mg di melatonina il primo giorno di viaggio e per alcuni giorni dopo l'arrivo a destinazione.

Agente di rivestimento: idrossipropilmetilcellulosa, calcio carbonato (E170), ottenilsuccinato di amido e sodio (E1450), carragenina (E407), potassio acetato (E261) valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., radice) estratto secco (titolato min 0,42% in acidi valerenici), melissa (Melissa officinalis L., foglie) estratto secco (titolato min. 2% in acido rosmarinico), biancospino (Crataegus oxycantha Medicus, fiori e foglie) estratto secco (titolato min. 1,5% in vitexina-2-ramnoside), passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L., erba con fiori) estratto secco (titolato min, 4% in flavonoidi totali espressi in vitexina) agenti di carica: fosfato dicalcico agenti antiagglomeranti: biossido di silicio, sali di magnesio di acidi grassi aroma, melatonina.
Senza glutine.
Naturalmente privo di lattosio.
