Modalità d'uso
Si consiglia di assumere:
- 2 o 3 capsule alla sera per facilitare il sonno e migliorarne la qualità
- in caso di necessità, 1 capsula al mattino per promuovere il rilassamento durante la giornata.
Poiché l&rsquoeffetto può variare a seconda della sensibilità individuale, si consiglia di iniziare assumendo la dose minima giornaliera, aumentandola in base alla propria necessità.
Avvertenze
