DUOCAL
Integratore in polvere costituito da una miscela di carboidrati e di grassi ad alto tenore di trigliceridi a media catena (MCT). Alimento dietetico destinato a fini medici speciali.Può essere utilizzato come un integratore nella gestione alimentare di malattie che richiedono un apporto supplementare di energia da una fonte combinata di carboidrati e grassi, dove esiste malassorbimento dei grassi o laddove l'assorbimento degli LCT è incompleto. Duocal può essere utilizzato per aumentare l'apporto energetico di una grande varietà di bevande e cibi, come integratore energetico nell'alimentazione per sonda o per os, o può essere mescolato con acqua per ottenere un liquido insapore, ad alta concentrazione energetica e a basso tenore di elettroliti.

Miscela di carboidrati e di grassi ad alto tenore di trigliceridi a media catena (MCT).
Modalità d'uso
Per ottenere una soluzione di Duocal impastare la polvere con una piccola quantità dell'acqua prescritta e poi aggiungere la rimanente acqua mescolando energicamente con una forchetta. La quantità di Duocal deve essere stabilita esclusivamente dal medico o dal dietista e dipende dall'età, dal peso corporeo e dalle condizioni cliniche del paziente. Duocal sarà introdotto gradualmente durante un periodo di giorni in rapporto con la tolleranza del paziente.
Avvertenze
Da usare esclusivamente sotto controllo medico. Non utilizzare come unica fonte di nutrimento. Non utilizzare per via parenterale. Richiuder bene il barattolo dopo l'uso.
Conservazione
Conservare in luogo asciutto e lontano da fonti di calore. Una volta aperto consumare entro 1 mese.
