Diapositivo medico CE di classe III, soluzione detergente per ferite, con poliesanide e betaina per la pulizia e decontaminazione delle ferite con patina. Penetra il biofilm e scioglie la patina.Soluzione pronta all'uso con poliesanide e betaina deterge e umetta ferite acute e croniche nonche ustioni di grado 1 e 2. Scioglie le patine di fibrina salvaguardando i tessuti, disgrega i biofilm, impedisce la riformazione dei biofilm, distacca i residui di medicazioni. Ideale per la preparazione del letto di ferita, non interferisce con la granulazione ed epitelizzazione ha una tollerabilita elevata per cellule e tessuti. Indicato per l'uso ripetuto e a lungo termine. Applicazione indolore.
Componenti
0,1 % poliesanide 0,1 % betaina 99,8 % acqua purificata glicerolo, idrossietilcellulosa.
Controindicazioni
- Allergie note o sospette.
- non usare nella regione del SNC e delle meningi, nell'orecchio medio e interno e negli occhi.
- uso su cartilagine ialina e negli interventi asettici su articolazioni.
- non mescolare con altri saponi, unguenti, oli, enzimi ecc. per detersione delle ferite.
Modalità d'uso
Utilizzare per l'irrigazione direttamente dal flacone, oppure per la fase umida-asciutta.
- Riscaldare a temperatura corporea (ad es. in scalda-biberon).
- Per la fase umida-asciutta applicare la compressa di garza abbondantemente inumidita su e oltre i bordi della ferita.
- Compatibile con le principali medicazioni per ferite disponibili in commercio (eccezione: vermi).
- Adatto anche per ferite infette.
- Uso raccomandato nella V.A.C. Instill Therapy.
